TIM VOIT
Tim Voit is one of the original founders of WFA Econometrics Group, L.L.C., a Certified QDRO Specialist and Financial Analyst. Tim Voit's concentration is in QDROs, QDRO Distributions and the Valuation of Retirement Plans in divorce. Here is a list of his achievements and credentials:
Admitted as an expert in both State and Federal Courts - meeting the Daubert Challenge-several states.

ANN WESTERMEIER
Ann Westermeier is a partner in WFA Econometrics Group,. L.L.C. and is our lead QDRO Analyst who is primarily responsible for most QDRO preparations and negotiating the language of QDROs with plan administrators. Ann Westermeier has drafted well over 5,600 QDROs and is the go to person for QILDROS.
JOHN WESTERMEIER
John Westermeier is a QDRO Analyst with WFA Econometrics. Before joining WFA Econometrics Group, John Westermeier had 28 years of experience working for national services providers in the mortgage lending and title/escrow industries. John’s well-rounded experience includes all aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, and he has held senior-level management positions. John’s experience and skills translate well to provide professional QDRO services to our client attorneys and the clients they represent.
GARY OBELDOBEL
Gary is our QDRO Analyst and Certified QDRO Specialist who is primarily responsible for most QDRO preparations and negotiating the language of QDROs with plan administrators. Mr. Obeldobel is a graduate of the International College and Hodges University. Mr. Obeldobel has drafted well over 9,000 QDROs over nearly two decades for WFA Econometric Group.
BRANDI FORHECZ
Assistant to Mr. Tim Voit
Brandi is our Case Administrator who oversees day-to-day case management activities, follow-through, and communication with the attorneys.
The services we provide are not limited to any state concerning QDROs or pension valuations since pensions, and the QDROs, which divide pensions according to divorce, are governed under federal laws such as ERISA, REA, and the Internal Revenue Code.
